 Take a fresh career start with dot net training

 Most of the I.T students dreams of a career in software development. Development is the first priority of most of the information technology students when it comes to career. There are many I.T. technologies which are being used by big and small companies for their software development needs. Different companies have their different turn over's and projects. Small companies prefer open source technologies for their development needs whereas big companies which preference to some of the most trusted technologies like .net.

Large numbers of both small and big I.T brands are using .net technology for developing software for their own need and for their clients. Some of the big corporate names which outsource their projects from other company ask them to use .net for executing their projects. Most of the clients who are aware of I.T ask companies to hand over them their project developed in .net. The reason behind .net is given priority over technologies is the outcomes of the final software developed on .net.

The feedback of the software's developed on .net are far better than software developed on other software technologies. There are ample numbers of dot net projects in the market in the present times. Numbers of job opening in this profile are quite high. Both Fresher's and experienced candidates are needed in bulk. Companies are regularly conducting walk-in's and recruitment procedures in search of talented candidates. In nutshell, we can say that students and fresher's can choose .net as career without any doubt because of the jobs available in this I.T. domain.

The only requirement of the companies is ultra clear fundamentals so that they can immediately assign projects to the candidates after some initial guide lines as per the company norms. From experienced candidates, companies expect at least two to three projects to be executed successfully. The skills and other technical aspects of the candidates can be easily judged by analyzing the previous project handled by the candidate.

Experienced candidates without doubts have sound skills on the basis of the previous company and projects handled, companies only asks their expected salary and other H.R. related issues during their interviews. Whereas Fresher's have to go through out and out technical face to face interview session because companies looks for the candidates with rock solid basic of the technology. Usually, most of the students are rejected during their technical round. In most of the cases, students blame their colleges for not providing them with up-to date technical knowledge of the technologies being used in current trend in the market. In fact, most of the engineering colleges don't have up-to the mark faculties and arrangement for training students on technologies like .net.

That is why colleges recommend's students to join .net training in companies. There are two categories of the companies which offer training for budding technical students i.e. on self support basis and internship basis. The better way to start with is self support basis as students don't have any pressure while getting trained. In fact, companies take special care of the students while their training period as students are paying them for training. On self support basis, students are free to ask their doubts and queries as many times as they want whereas on stipend basis students have pressure of delivering desired results on time after a general training session.
